This notice explains what information Satellite Imagery Network uses, why it is needed, and what happens when you search imagery or send an inquiry.
The short version
SatelliteImagerySearch.com and the connected Satellite Imagery Network properties are operated by PixelWorld.tv / ScapeWare3D, LLC. We collect only the information needed to search imagery, protect the service, and respond to professional inquiries.
When you request a quote or contact our team, we receive the name, email address, company, subject, and project details you enter. An imagery quote may also include the inquiry name, search dates and filters, area-of-interest geometry and size, selected Vantor catalog IDs, and acquisition details.
Search coordinates, dates, filters, and selected records are used to locate imagery and prepare your request. We use this information to verify availability, coverage, processing, licensing, and pricing, not to create an advertising profile.
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources, device types, general country or region, page use, and anonymous workflow events. Those events may indicate that someone submitted a location, created or imported an area, completed an archive search, viewed or selected imagery, reached or started the quote section, or successfully submitted a request. We do not send Google the location text, search coordinates, area size or geometry, uploaded filenames or files, selected catalog IDs, acquisition dates, filters, names, contact details, company names, or project notes. Google Signals, advertising personalization, and user-provided data collection are disabled. You can change your choice using Analytics settings. Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether an advertisement leads to a successfully submitted quote request. Google may receive limited technical information, including browser and device information, page and referrer URLs, and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID. We do not send Google your name, email address, telephone number, company name, area-of-interest coordinates, uploaded geographic files, selected catalog IDs, project notes, or licensing details. A conversion is reported only after the website confirms that a quote request was successfully submitted and only when analytics has been allowed. Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Imported geographic files are parsed locally in your browser. The original file is not uploaded to our server or retained by the website. If you submit a quote request, the resulting area-of-interest geometry, not the original uploaded file, is included with the inquiry.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Resend delivers inquiry email. Vantor services provide authorized catalog results and browse proofs. Esri geocoding may process a location phrase you search, and OpenStreetMap-based services provide map data. These providers process limited technical data needed to deliver their functions under their own policies.
We do not sell personal information. Inquiries are delivered to PixelWorld.tv / ScapeWare3D, LLC and retained only as reasonably needed to respond, prepare a quote, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Information may be shared with Vantor or another fulfillment partner only when needed to evaluate or fulfill your request.
We use access controls, server-side validation, encrypted connections, request limits, and bot protection. No internet system is risk-free, so please avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, medical, classified, export-controlled, or password information. You may ask us to correct or delete contact information, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
